We send email rarely and specifically. Choose the lists that are useful to you, unsubscribe in one click from any message, and expect no drip campaign in between.

- Double opt-in. You confirm by clicking a link in the first email. Until then, we do not have you.
- One click to leave. Every email carries an unsubscribe link for the specific list, and leaving one list does not affect the others.
- Frequency stated. Practice Notes monthly; the briefing only when something changes; research only when we publish.
- Never shared, never sold. Your address is used to send you the lists you chose, nothing else.
- No cold sequencing. If you subscribe, you get the lists. If you do not, you get nothing — we do not add people from business cards.
