Money arrives, and lands on the right file.
An invoice that carries a way to pay gets paid sooner, and money that is matched to a matter on arrival stops being next month’s reconciliation problem. Receipts are issued without anyone remembering to, and what is still outstanding is a list.
Getting paid, without the friction
Clients pay the way they already pay
Invoices carry a payment link: card, bank transfer or the local methods your clients use. No portal account needed to settle a bill.
Matched to the client and the matter
Payments are recorded against the right file as they arrive, including part payments, so a balance always means something.
Chased by list, not by memory
Receipts are issued on payment and outstanding balances are worked from an aged list, oldest first, with a note of what was said.
What changes in the cash position
- Fewer awkward phone calls. Clients who can pay from the invoice tend to pay without being reminded.
- Client money stays client money. Payments into the client account and the office account are kept apart, with receipts against each.
- Reconciliation starts from facts. What arrived is matched to what was billed, so the difference is an exception rather than a research project.
- Anyone can answer “has it been paid?” The matter shows the invoice, the payment, the receipt and the balance — without asking the accounts person.
Which payment providers are available depends on your country, currency and bank; we confirm what is supported for your firm at the demonstration rather than promising a list.
From invoice to cleared balance
Invoice issued
The bill goes out with a payment link and a due date, from the reviewed time and disbursements on the matter.
Client pays
Card or transfer arrives against the invoice. A receipt is issued automatically and filed against the matter.
Ledger updated
The payment is recorded in the right account, and the matter balance — and any client ledger balance — moves with it.
Balance chased
Whatever is still outstanding appears on the aged list, with the reminder history attached to the client.
Watch money land on a matter
We will raise an invoice in the live demo, pay it as a client would, and show you the ledger, receipt and balance afterwards.
